Return and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes, products may not meet your expectations. Our return and refund policy ensures a hassle-free experience.

Return Eligibility

1. Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

2. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

3. Products must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Refund Options

1. Full refund: Original purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Store credit: Refund will be issued as store credit, redeemable on future purchases.

Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service team via email (mailto:returns@arafatpromart.com) or phone (1-800-ARAFAT-1) to initiate the return process.

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or store credit.

3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

4. Ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA number. Exceptions

1. Final Sale Items: Clearance, discontinued, or special-order products are non-returnable.

2. Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned. Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
